Better Loading Text

BLT replaces many loading tips with more specific, more helpful New Vegas references. Text mentioning Fallout3 items and skills was removed and replaced with New Vegas lore and gameplay. New Vegas perks take a much higher priority than old Fallout3 perks, especially the less useful Fallout3 perks. Images don\'t really make sense for a mod like this, so here are some examples. Old: \"With the Pyromaniac perk, you do +50% damage with fire-based weapons, like the Flamer and Shishkebab.\" (The Shishkebab isn\'t a common fire weapon in NV) New: \"With the Pyromaniac perk, you do +50% damage with fire-based weapons, like the Flamer, incendiary ammunition and the Incinerator.\" Old: \"Strength is a measure of your raw physical power. It affects how much you can carry, the power of all melee attacks, and your effectiveness with many heavy weapons.\" (New Vegas doesn\'t have heavy weapons!) It affects how much you can carry, the power of all melee attacks, and is needed to keep a heavier weapon steady and on target.\" Old: \"The Science skill represents your combined scientific knowledge, and is primarily used to hack restricted computer terminals.\" New: \"The Science skill represents your combined scientific knowledge, it helps unlock some perks, hack computer terminals and gain access to some unique conversation topics.\" Old: \"Once your weapons and armor reach a certain condition level, your Repair skill can be used to maintain them, keeping them at maximum power for longer.\" New: \"Equipment doesn\'t lose its effectiveness as it degrades until a certain threshold is reached, 75% for most weapons and 50% for most armor. At this point, it\'s time to start thinking about a repair.\" (More info, less space, frees up other loading tips) Old: \"If you have the Robotics Expert perk and sneak up on a hostile robot undetected, you can put that robot into a permanent shutdown state.\" New: \"If you have the Robotics Expert perk and sneak up on a hostile robot undetected, you can put that robot into a permanent shutdown state. You also do 25% more damage to all robots in combat.\" (Lets me use the other loading tip for something New Vegas specific) Old: \"With the second rank of the Animal Friend perk, animals will come to your aid in combat (but not against other animals).\" (There aren\'t many animals in New Vegas) New: \"The Vigilant Recycler perk doubles the chance that drained energy weapon ammo will be available for recycling, and reduces costs for overcharging and max charging.\" These are just a few examples of the many in the mod.
