Apocalyptic Storms

I always loved the blowouts/emissions in the S. T. A. L. K. E. R. series, GSC did something really amazing there. And I decided I also want to have them in New Vegas, so I got to work and this is the result. And while I was at it, I also attempted to recreate the Radstorms from Fallout 4. But with me being a silly little goblin that's never satisfied with his work, I went ahead and created a whole new storm of my own that I called Psystorm. If you wanna know more about these cool new storms, keep reading and you just might find out! 

STORM TYPES

• []BLOWOUT - Scripted weather event based on Blowouts/Emissions from the S. T. A. L. K. E. R. series. These storms will only last a few minutes, but they are extremely deadly and are very likely to kill you if you don't seek shelter immediately. If one is about to start, you will hear a siren (which can be turned off in the config) and a quest will start that will point you to nearby shelter, just like in S. T. A. L. K. E. R.[/]

  []RADSTORM - Radioactive rainstorm with thick fog, dark green clouds and immersive audio design. To hide from radiation damage, seek shelter in a interior cell. (As of version 1. 5. 2, TTW users can also hide from Radstorms in the Pulowski Shelters scattered throughout the Capital Wasteland!)[/]

  []PSYSTORM - Dangerous, dark and creepy. Not only will these storms hurt you physically, but also mentally. You will be hearing voices and weird sounds, and if you have Mental Stability System installed, your sanity will be worsened if you stay outside. [/]

  COMPATIBILITY

  This mod doesn't edit any vanilla records and has practically nothing to do with the vanilla weather system. Apocalyptic Storms is a completely independent weather system that runs alongside the game's weather system, so by default it is compatible with any and all weather mods. This is because all three storms are activated with a script and aren't integrated into any climates.

  This also means that my storms can trigger in ANY worldspace, including modded ones. "But mister modder, sir," I hear you saying, "What if I don't want the storms to happen in a certain worldspace?" Well fear not, random citizen! I have thought about this and by harnessing the power of KEYWORDS, you can blacklist any worldpsaces, so that the storms don't happen there!

  CUSTOMIZATION

  On every mod in existence, the people demand the ability to tweak it. In fact, they will demand it even if they already have the ability! So with this mod, I'm trying to make certain that people know it's also a posibility here. So, here we go:
