Mod description
This mod aimed to do something with the Race track here after Chad nobark made a request for it. seems as the Track contained a flea I thought I would animate that. the bleachers and flag are extra. This mod also comes with an animated flag that you can download independently if you dont want the car, the flag is just a replacer so its espless. but the main mod actually has a requirement for a change.
