KiCHo666 is the creator of this mod. I never play New Vegas without it But I found out for myself that it was no longer available for NV but only for Fallout 3. I managed to found the NV version elsewhere on the internet but thought someone would love to have it on the Nexus. KICHo666 said he didn't plan on re-uploading it but that it was okay for me to do so. So here I am, following his advice.
You can also spawn a fan at your location. In the console, you must type :
'search officefan01' then, once you got the number, type 'player.placeatme 1'. Then you can grab it and put it wherever you want.
