Update - 13/03/2024 - New Vegas Mesh Improvement Mod - NVMIM
Tons of model fixes taken from the NVMIN model were incorporated into this mesh -

Better lighting -
Fixes collision materials to correct bullet decals and sounds
More accurate sounds from materials when shot - Glass will make shattering sounds, previously this was not the case in vanilla .
and because of this update - a massive thank you to NVMIN Team for a fantastic mod and allowing me to add these additions without hassle by leaving the mod on open permission.

Texture -
if you are using an NMC texture replacer, that makes these very obviously into metal, I have left the games original texture in miscellaneous files so you can install it and overwrite that texture.
Optional content -
This mod has Five files, the main file is the good stuff containing the 3 main nif assets. the other main "ruin assets" is a pretty goofy addition. it adds these awnings to "ruin" buildings.
The rest are just texture replacers for this object

Manual installation -
The mod files are setup so that the "data/" folder is the root. so just drag and drop that into the folder containing your fallout new Vegas executable and then activate the ESP in "data files", archive invalidate, and the modification should be in your game
Mod manager installation -
The mod files are structured correctly, so you are good to install with your mod manager.
