[]My mod expands on Jeremy Petronius's Goodsprings Scrap Dealer with AI voiced lines, a small easter egg, some dialog alterations, and some minor retooling of the character and his inventory based solely on personal preference, particularly with making him serve a unique function as a bulk scrap seller as opposed to a generalized merchant. The voice was based on Jacoren from Vault 13, as a demonstration of how the AI is still fairly limited in mimicking a range of voices, but is currently functionally indistinguishable from a real person, most of the time.

Main Changes from Original Mod
- Added scrap electronics, metal, and bottles in bulk.
- Limited wares to things plausibly defined as scrap, with the major exception of medicine.
- Added voiced dialog, expanded original dialog, and added slight edits to reflect my version of his character.
- Updated localization files and removed Herobrine

[]I can edit his inventory to include more valuable items as a request. I was looking for someone to sell scrap metal in bulk for the Boomers quest, and for empty bottles for water bottling mods, when I saw this mod had open permissions and no voice acting, so I edited it to my own tastes and decided to experiment.
At this point I have no particular plans to increase his dialog options or update his voice. I think people pretty much know what we're dealing with at this point and I'm not particularly inspired to continue with his character, save for maybe reusing him in a Novac Food Vendor mod I want to make.
I do plan on re-releasing all the voice files with an AI trained on my own voice instead of someone else's, for personal reasons. Feel free to use these files for your own purposes.
Theoretically you could also load the voice files into the old ESP, but lipsyncing would be off as a result.
