RadAway is now addictive! 10% base addiction chance but can be circumvented by the usual perks.
The effect is actually taken from Nuka Cola Quantum addiction, and means a 15 point reduction in rad resistance if you are in withdrawal.
Since this is a scriptrunner, there will be no hard incompatibilities - but it could silently conflict with anything that edits radaway (Nuka Cola Quantum is 100% unaffected by this mod).
That's it. Why? That's how it worked in the classic fallouts plus it's another hardcode mod, immersion, I guess.
