The Abandoned Shelter is only a stones throw from Gun Runners and is close to the New Vegas Medical Clinic. It can be fast travelled to immediately and has plenty of safe storage as well as some unique armor and weapons which are modified versions of existing weapons and armor.

The house consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and toilet and has been fully navmeshed. The bed will give the well rested bonus and there is an infirmary inside as well as a workbench and reloading bench outside. The oven can be used like a campfire for cooking up recipes.

For armor there is a a suit of Chinese Stealth Armor which has been improved to have a stealth effect when sneaking and has an increased carry weight effect. There is also a set of Elite Riot Gear which has been improved to have a stealth effect when sneaking and has an increased carry weight effect.

As for weapons there is a an Enhanced Laser RCW, Advanced Assault Rifle, Death Ray Gun and a Ratslayer 9000. The two energy weapons will not create ash or goo piles.

Included is a "Roughin' it Bedroll Kit" so that you can sleep wherever you like when outdoors. There is plenty of food, stimpaks, medical supplies, caps and ammo located in many of the chests and containers.

The electrical box in the kitchen is malfunctioning a little because Veronica was messing around with it and was trying to boost its power output. It is not something to worry about as it is only producing a minor electrical overcharge.

This mod is script free and has been cleand with FNVEdit.

Just copy the AbandonedShelter.esp into your Fallout New VegasData folder.
