1. Download and install Gloves Galore, which adds the game's gloves as clothing items separate from the armors: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42856/?
2. Add 4k Pair of Gloves.rar to your mod manager and activate. Or extract manually to your main folder.
3. To obtain the gloves, go to Doc Mitchell's house in Goodsprings and grab Raider Armor Glove (right) + (left) from the Vault-Tech briefcase that was spawned by the Gloves Galore mod.
