This is the first release in my Faces of Faerûn series, The Faces of Neverwinter V3 is a foundational pack built around the human race. Designed as a starter collection, it introduces a wide selection of unique, lore-friendly human faces intended to expand Neverwinter Nights 2’s character creation system. Each face was crafted through a multi-stage process that involved sculpting, refinement, and optimization across multiple programs. Using Blender for modeling, Daz3D for base references, and additional texturing tools for polish, I ensured that every face fits naturally into the Forgotten Realms setting. Care was taken to respect NWN2’s design guidelines, keeping compatibility while significantly improving variety and detail. This pack represents months of iterative work and testing meshes, adjusting UVs, and refining proportions to ensure the models perform consistently in-game. Although this release focuses on humans, many of these base sculpts will serve as templates for other races. For example, dwarves, elves, and orcs will inherit modified versions of these faces, carefully adjusted in Blender to reflect their unique bone structures, cultural aesthetics, and lore fidelity. The goal of this project is not just cosmetic, but immersive: to give players more freedom to create characters that feel alive, diverse, and believable within the world of Faerûn. Whether you’re building a stoic knight, a cunning rogue, or a mysterious spellcaster, this collection offers a strong visual foundation. This is only the beginning of the Faces of Faerûn project. Future expansions will add full race-specific packs, further diversifying the faces of Neverwinter Nights 2.

INSTALLATION

1. Extract the downloaded archive.

2. Move the contents into your Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/override folder.

3. Launch the game and open character creation.

4. The new faces will appear under the Human Female (HHF) category.
