Automatic Need for Speed Unbound intro skipper

Akel NFS AutoSkipper is a small Windows utility designed to automatically skip the intro sequence when launching Need for Speed Unbound.

The program runs in the background and monitors the following game process:

NeedForSpeedUnbound.exe

When the game is detected, AutoSkipper automatically performs the required ENTER key presses, so you don't have to skip the intro manually every time you launch the game.

1. ⚙️ How it works

After Windows starts, AutoSkipper runs in the background and waits for Need for Speed Unbound to launch.

Once the game is detected, the following sequence is performed:

18 seconds → ENTER → 18 seconds → ENTER → 3 seconds

After completing the sequence, the helper component finishes its job while the main watcher remains active and waits for the next game launch.

In other words:

turn on your PC → launch the game → AutoSkipper does the rest.

2. ⏱️ Important timing information

The current timings are:

18 / 18 / 3 seconds.

These timings do not automatically adapt to your hardware.

I manually tuned these values for my own PC, with a small safety margin to make the sequence reliable.

Therefore, please keep the following in mind:

If your game launches faster:

If Need for Speed Unbound reaches the required screen before the first ENTER is sent, AutoSkipper will still follow the configured timing.

You will simply have to wait for the configured delay.

If your game launches significantly slower:

If your system takes longer than the configured timings to launch the game, the automatic skip may happen too early.

In that case, AutoSkipper may not skip the intro correctly, because it does not analyze the screen or detect when the game is visually ready. It works according to fixed timings.

3. 📥 Installation

Download the Akel NFS AutoSkipper archive.

Extract the archive.

Run the installer/EXE.

Allow Windows to perform the required actions if administrator permission is requested.

Restart your computer after installation.

⚠️ Important

AutoSkipper becomes fully active after restarting Windows.

After the restart, you do not need to manually launch it every time.

Simply launch Need for Speed Unbound and AutoSkipper will detect the game and perform the automatic skip.

4. 🔄 After installation

It is recommended to:

Restart your PC → launch NFS Unbound

This allows the automatic startup and monitoring mechanism to initialize correctly with Windows.

After that, AutoSkipper should work automatically in the background.

5. 🗑️ How to completely uninstall Akel NFS AutoSkipper

If you no longer need the program, use the following procedure.
