This mod makes it so police take longer to spot you and start a chase.
Police have bad eyesight now haha.
They take a lot longer to chase you across all difficulties.
Now you have time to get out of sight or yell obscenities at them before they realise you were there.
Will probably cause issues with police revamp mods that affect spotting speed, but other features should be fine. In theory.
