0 Controller Deadzone and Updated Tuning Slider

This mod lowers the built in center steering deadzone to 0% as well as updates the in-game tuning sliders in order to allow more fine tuning.

  Steering Sensitivity updated from 10 ticks to 16 ticks

  Downforce updated from 10 ticks to 16 ticks

• Traction Control changed from OFF/ON switch to 8 tick slider.

  IMPORTANT:

  This mod may not be recommended for use if your controller has stick drift. The built-in deadzone prevents unwanted movement from a controller that has drift, but once the deadzone is removed you may start to notice stuff like unwanted camera rotation or wheels slightly turning a specific direction. This also causes creating wraps to be a LOT more tedious.
