Description
Love Heat cop chases but cops are too slow and all the mods just changes them too much? This is for you. This mod only makes them faster but not too fast where 400+ cars cant escape. THATS ALL! no 100 cops that just falls behind or anything that's unfair.

Main features
slightly faster cops is self explanatory. only adjusted their engines, tires and AIs by just enough to feel a difference but not stray too far away from vanilla. cops still die to water or jumps but that might change
