For this mod to work you need to install the base engine.
Upgrading the engine has no effect (aside adding nitro ofc). Upgrading the chassis and drivetrain is recommend because it does allow the car to perform better.

I mean this car is op in the vanilla game, so ofc it is OP with boosted stats.
