IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have previously downloaded V1 make sure when you use V1. 23 to return the car parts that you removed (return the stock rear bumper, hood, skirts, trunk and front fenders)
New 1. 23 added:
-Livery (its messy on the body and windows, I tried my best)
-Paint materials
-rain drops and dirt
Customization:
-Kit is one of the front bumpers
-Headlights
-Taillights
No license plate (tell me if you would like a license plate added)
No need to use a mod for the fitment
