Remove conflict restrictions for all vehicle parts, while also allowing the removal of original factory parts for all vehicles. Mod packs like UNITE/REMIX include this feature. This mod is provided for those who do not want to use the whole mod pack. The load order needs to override vehicle appearance modification mods, etc., and should be compatible with all modes.
