Based off the Most Wanted Mode mod made modular.
Seeing what files the Most Wanted Mode mod edited, I remade it somewhat since I can't be for certain what changes were actually made to it since there is no project file that comes with it. But I did make it modular, so you can now choose what you want from it. What's not included is the extra stuff, like the textures and audio.
