Extremely Hard Mode

Completely working (Normal CPU and Boss CPU)

1. CPU AI Difficulty. Switch from Easy to Very Hard quickly.

2. Handicap. Set the value from 1 - 9 (default 5),  lower number mean stronger enemies. Changing it increases enemy damage to player just like in Free Battle. Player damage to CPU stays normal.

Still testing

1. CPU Substitution. Set 0–100.

2. Chakra 1. Set 0–100.

3. Chakra 2. Some Story Mode enemies use Chakra 2. Enable both to be safe. Set 0–100.

Still testing (no activation or freeze needed)

Press 1 to set Health to 350. Press 2 to set Health to 200. Default is 100.

1. CPU Health 1

2. CPU Health 2. Like Chakra 2, some Story Mode enemies use Health 2.

3. CPU Max Health. Health follows Max Health. If CPU Health 1 and 2 is 500 but Max Health is 100, Health stays 100.

How I use it

Extremely Hard

1. Set CPU to Very Hard. (Smart AI)

2. Turn Handicap to 1 or ON. (Enemy damage very high)

3. Set Substitution to 100 and activate. (inf. Subtitution)

4. Set Chakra 1 and 2 to 100 and activate. (Inf. Chakra)

5. At the start of battle, press 1. (Enemy health 350)

Hard but fun

1. CPU Very Hard.

2. Handicap 5 (normal).

3. Substitution not activated.

4. Chakra 1 and 2 at 100 and activated (infinite).

5. In battle, press 1 or 2 based on the enemy and the lore.

This is the most enjoyable setup for “lore-strong” fights like Sasuke vs Danzo or Naruto vs Sasuke.

Just try to experiment it yourself. I plan to update this if something is missing or needs polishing. As long as I'm still invested to this anyway.

Heavily inspired by tenkotsu1 from FearlessRevolution.

This table wouldn’t exist without their work. The idea of increasing AI difficulty via Cheat Engine was a genuine surprise to me, like damn. Check out their releases cheat table, they have working AI difficulty versions for Storm 2 and Storm 4.
