Working Chairs

What does this mod do?

It turns six chairs into fully usable, pickable, and sittable objects - four brand‑new ones and the two originals from Teimo’s shop and Fleetari’s repair shop.

The four new chairs - Plastic, Bar, Wooden, and Garden – are added to the world at carefully chosen custom locations when you first load a save with the mod. After that, you can pick them up, move them anywhere, and sit on them whenever you like. Teimo’s and Fleetari’s chairs, which were always just part of the background, now work exactly the same way.

All chairs are real physical objects. They remember where you left them - the mod saves their exact position and rotation every time you save the game, and restores them when you load. No more chairs snapping back to their original spots.

• []The four new chairs have custom spawn locations that are set when you first load the game with the mod. However, due to physics, they might bounce or shift slightly the moment they appear – the positions are set, but a little bit of randomness is part of the fun.[/]

  []The Wooden, Plastic, and Garden chairs currently have a minor issue with save/load – their position might not always be remembered perfectly. This will be fixed in an update. The Bar chair and the two shop chairs work fine.[/]

  []If the Teimo or Fleetari chairs don’t become pickable, it’s because another mod may have changed the store/repair shop interior. In that case, those chairs will simply remain static.[/]
