in the settings there is a slider and a text box that limits the frames to use the slider turn off the checkbox to use the manual limit turn on the checkbox the slider has three modes Don't Sync", "Every V Blank", "Every Second V Blank the first one does not limit the fps the second one limits the fps to the screen's refresh rate the third one works like the second one but divides the fps by 2
