Lets you customize the speed at which Traffic Car Expansion cars drive at!
Apparently msc modding is dead, so i decided to dump this random garbage i have on my hard drive here:) Allows you to modify the min and max speeds, power, and grip multipliers of T. C. E cars. It doesnt work that well but i dont care
