By "Old Ruscko" i mean the 2017 ruscko before it got nerfed heavily.
--Description--
The ruscko is very shitty and the worst car now,
but the ruscko was better back in 2017 before getting nerfed,
these include such as,
starter doing its job correctly, wiper knob stays in position, can reach 140 km/h
no stalling, and a bit faster and fixed fuel leak. (yes after the nerf the fuel economy is worse)
now its all back!

Put OldRuscko.dll into Mods folder
