-open the folder in the game folder:images/VehicleTextureSwap/Ruscko/
-Delete files: "ATLAS_MOTORPARTS.tex" and "motorparts_atlas_spec.tex"
How To Delete Blue Lights:
-open the folder in the game folder:images/VehicleTextureSwap/Ruscko/
-Delete file: "car_lights_on.tex"
