Just a simple texture and if you know how to install it manually then download it.
The Muddy "tire" is the rally only and I was to lazy to figure out what rims I had on at the time I was making it and I just choose to muddy them all up. The tire it self is not the original rally but an all season tire in hopes MWC will be here soon.
