Menace Satsuma (No more updates)

Add a real Menace to the highway : an another Satsuma !

I'm sure a lot of people probably waited this since a long time, maybe for years, well it's finnaly happen : there is an another Satsuma in the game and cruising arround on the highway !

This mod add a new Menace car which is a tuned Satsuma.

- For what ?

- Does it goes fast ?

Should. Depend of the time as all the npc cars.

- Can it kill me ?

Uh well I guess so, like any other npc on the highway.

- Can I drive it ?

Only me can. And I don't think the driver would let you stole it anyways.

- Does it work with Traffic Expansion ?

(same answer again and again, it's a big, sad, enormous) NO.

POSSIBLE ameliorations in the future :

- Custom rims

- Dark windows instead of actual ones.

- License plates

- Skin customisation (I'M NOT SURE YET!! IT MIGHT NOT WORK AT ALL!!)
