Master Boy

Teimo is going through tough times at his shop; he's selling very little and running out of money. To minimize this problem, he decided to sell some of his personal belongings, one of which is his beloved handheld video game, Master Boy. This handheld was a gift from a Brazilian friend named Perigo. Although this Master Boy is clearly an "unofficial" product, it manages to entertain those who use it.

This mod allows the player to run .gb Game Boy ROMs. To do this, simply download your favorite ROMs and place them in the following path:

"Steam\steamapps\common\My Summer Car\Mods\Assets\MasterBoy\ROMs"

(Do not place folders containing ROMs or .zip files in the mentioned path, only the ROM in .gb format)

If everything goes well, after buying the Master Boy from Teimo's shop for 7000mk and interacting with it by pressing "F", you will see a menu with all your ROMs. In this menu, the mouse will be enabled for you to select the desired ROM; after clicking on the ROM, simply click "Start game". If you already have My Summer Car open and want to download a new ROM, simply click "Reload ROM list" to load your new ROM.

After clicking "Start game," the game will begin. If you want to exit, you can simply release Master Boy by pressing "F" again, or press the "TAB" key to return to the ROM selection menu. (This "TAB" button can be changed to another button using the mod's Keybind settings).

STANDARD CONTROLS:

D-Pad UP = UPARROW

D-Pad Down = DOWNARROW

D-Pad Left = LEFTARROW

D-Pad Right = RIGHTARROW

Button A = Z

Button B = X

Start = RETURN

Select = RIGHTSHIFT

Volume UP = PAGEUP

Volume Down = PAGEDOWN

All these commands can be changed in the mod settings. The joystick also accepts custom keybinds; if it doesn't, I recommend using the Steam controller settings, where you can customize them to your liking.
