This mod optimizes how the game loads and unloads objects in the game based on distance from them, instead of letting them always run. On my Computer this more than doubles my framerate, and if the experimental options are enabled, up to quadruples it, but I would not recommend using those.
Disabling the other cars, they will respawn where they were initially spawned, so only use that option if you're hanging around the house, or where the vehicle was when you loaded the save.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BACKING UP YOUR SAVES IN CASE SOMTHING GOES WRONG.
It's not likely, but this is currently very beta, and could break the game in subtle ways that nobody has noticed yet.
