How much does restoring the farmhouse cost?

I'm gonna list this in an ideal order of how you should fix it:

         1. Purchase the farmhouse - 2500 MK

          AFTER YOU DO THIS - Ideal it is to remove the furniture from the house & bring it home, or somewhere else. You also need to use sledgehammer to get                rid of any of the stuck doors.

         2. Stabilise Farmhouse into an usable shape - 19900 MK

         3. Electricity & Windows - 8650 MK

         4. Vintage Furniture - 8700 MK

5. Cowhouse - 12900 MK
