Improves the Hayosiko suspension by:
-Massively reducing the amount the van shakes at top speed (barely shakes at all)
-Stiffening the suspension some, making it less bouncy on the dirt road and bumps (still not the best)
Improved the slower turning where it is not as noticeable now
Only for Mscloader now
