Part Info Overlay (My Garage)

A small mod for My Garage: when you hover the cursor over an item, it shows the item’s condition level and the store price in the bottom-left corner of the screen. At the scrapyard, it also shows the item’s condition and the price the store would offer for that part. Built on BepInEx.

What it does

- Sends a ray from the camera through the cursor, finds the nearest item, and tries to read its condition from common fields/properties

- Shows the value as a percentage and hides it when the data isn’t available

Quick start

- Download BepInEx 5. 4.x (Mono) for My Garage: https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases (extract into the game folder) `.../Steam/steamapps/common/My Garage`

- Extract BepInEx into `.../Steam/steamapps/common/My Garage` and launch the game once. BepInEx/ will appear and `My Garage_Data/Managed/` will be populated

- Copy PartInfo.dll to `.../My Garage/BepInEx/plugins/PartInfo/PartInfo.dll` (create the `plugins/PartInfo` folders manually)

Verifying it works

- Log: `My Garage/BepInEx/LogOutput.log`. The line ` Loading ` means the plugin loaded.

Common issues

- Empty BepInEx folder: the game wasn’t launched after unpacking BepInEx. Launch it once.

- Game doesn’t start: wrong BepInEx version (needs Mono, not IL2CPP). Use BepInEx_x64_5. 4.xx. 0.zip.
