Town Siege Fix 1.03

Simple mod that changes the scenes so that your troops don't get stuck on the ladder in town sieges. Works with most mods too. Installing: Dump all the .sco files in your \Modules\\SceneObj\ Remember to back up in case of undesired effects. Features

File History02-02-08: Fixed Halmar, which was not properly aligned. 02-16-08: Fixed Tulga, for the same reason. 03-25-08: Went through and fiddled with each city, to optimize. Did massive overhaul on Halmar, SHOULD work now. AI barriers have been added to the top of each ladder, to prevent the enemy soldiers from rushing out of the fortress.
