The Prologue(Note that not all history is correct) 2526 BC The oldest record of the Warring Kingdoms 2526 BC -Huang Fu Di, Lord of Chang Shang, eliminated all opposition and unified the North, all at the age of 19. This was a great feat of action for the tribes of the North have been at war for a great many years. Upon his completion, Huang Fu Di crowned himself absolute ruler of all Northern Lands. Many years went by and many of Huang Fu Di’s allies began to falter. Eventually, many of Huang Fu Di’s subordinates and some of his major generals attempted to staged a coup d'état. To some success, they were able to drive Huang Fu Di out of the city. But Huang Fu Di was not surprised; he foresaw that his generals would fail to realize that they were locked within the very fortress that protected them. And so, Huang Fu Di burned and razed his fortress to the ground. Many thousands of lives were killed that day. Upon its ashes, Huang Fu Di began construction on his new castle. King Huang Fu Di was feared but he was also a benevolent ruler. He created new laws for the people, lowered taxes, and reduced hard labor. However King Huang Fu Di was a conqueror; no matter how good the harvest or peaceful his country was, King Huang Fu Di always wanted more land, more people, more power. And so, he began his campaign for domination. 2515 BC - The Armies of the Northern Kingdom begins its marches towards the south and builds a major city called Ping Jing. 2514 BC -Because of the conquests of the Northern Kingdom, the people on the central plains believed they too should unify to survive. Lord from many sides of the central plains gathered at Veluca to discuss the future of their tribes. The meeting was rough, many of the tribes have been at war with many of those who came, but it was finally decided that in order to ensure the peace of their people, they would need a leader to lead their troops against. Of the twelve lords, three arisen to the task; Lucius the Cunning, Marcus the Heroic, and Victor the Wrathful all stood before the council. Yet despite the council’s efforts, they were unable to elect a single soul to lead their nation. And so a duel was set, one that would test the character and their abilities to fight. But all was in vain. The night before the duel, Lucius sent assassins to kill off his competitors. Victor was killed in his sleep; Marcus was able to fend off the assassins blades and pursued his assailants. This led him to Lucius, to whom Marcus slew. The Next day, as Marcus was the only one capable, he was charged with the name Elder. Onward from that day, the tribes of the Central Plains were unified under a single banner and refered to themselves as, The Holy Council. 2513 BC After many months of bitter war, neither the Holy Council nor the Northern Kingdom was able to push beyond the other.
