Shiny shields, missiles and armor fix for 0.903

This corrects the alphas of several shields and all missiles and armors, making their metal parts shiny, as they should be. Tired of those hauberks looking like wool pullovers? try this thing! :D decompress the dds files into your Mount&Blade\Textures\ folder decompress the brf files into your Mount&Blade\CommonRes\ folder Features
