HDR add-on v1.1, adjusted for Graphical Enhancement 2.5

This mod adds an HDR and bloom effect to M&B, with the most significant effect being the high contrast between light and dark. I want to make it clear that this mod is not my own, it is called ENBSeries and was developed by Vorontsov Boris. All I'm doing is hosting it and customising the settings for people who want to use use with Graphical Enhancement. Included in the download is the author's license. If you don't know how to extract a file, google 'zip extract' or something similar. The HDR mod starts activated by default, and you can toggle it by pressing shift-F12.
