1755 Old Frontier v.2.91 sounds in wav format

Windows is showing a bitrate of 512 and this download is three times the size of the mod's sounds directory but earlier attempts at keeping the file size low resulted in horrible sounding files. I experienced no issues with a quick play test with 100 guys on the battle field. I couldn't even tell the sound files were changed. All the sounds that were in ogg format will then be wav format and your sounds.txt file will now point to these wav sounds.
