No Cargo Price Penalty

In the base game, there’s a feature that reduces your cargo-reward when you load freight in a big truck (i.e., you carry large volumes or oversized trucks) — often referred to as the “cargo price penalty” or “large truck penalty.”

With this mod, that penalty is removed: every job pays the full rate, regardless of truck size or load.

Doesn't compatible with any mod that modifying simple cargo or adding any new cargo that related to warehouses, factories (not compatible with mods that affect "Cargos.uasset" file)

What this mod do:

- changes two files: Cargos, Cargos_01

- Access data at "Exports. Table. Data"

- Modifies "NumCargoMin" to 20, "NumCargoMax" to 100

- Modifies "PaymentPer1KmMultiplierByMaxWeight" from 2. 0 to 1. 0 (main tweak to make delivery prices equal)

- Modifies "PaymentSqrtRatio" from 1. 0 to 0. 0 (another tweak to make price work)
