Growing up I didn't think I would have the pleasure of working with the WWE in any capacity but I was fortunate enough to have a small opportunity for a few years around 2018-2020. Every PPV event was a server showdown for a while. Anytime anything Alexa Bliss dropped, also a server showdown. Rock and Sock connection was my favorite part of WWF when I used to watch it for fun and not for work. Once I left working with the servers related to WWE, I honestly never watched another ppv event until recently where I saw Logan Paul do some silly shit. The ppv events are free on peacock the very next day if you have it.

Recently, the WWE 2k24 models started to get uploaded online. A lot of the materials contain textures that require them to be baked in blender or find another work around. I was originally excited about using the 2K24 models but realized they are difficult to work with. So are the 2k23 models. 2k22 and lower however used texture images for all of their materials and I was able to locate these 4 there. I started to learn how to bake textures this week so I may revisit 2k24 but I doubt it. Cheers.

New Obstacles

- Creating textures for Logan Paul's hair. If it utilizes a rgb wheel, I screenshot the final color and applied it to various textures. For the hair, I did a master saturation change until I achieved a tone I was satisfied with.

- Understanding why weight transferring to bodies like the Rock are so harsh on the shoulders

- Attempting a new method at Goro Arms. Erased all weights for lower body and added to Spine 1 and 2. Cleaner this way.

- Potentially identifying why Hair on gear like Reiko, Peacemaker and Havik disappear from time to time

Known Bugs

- Hair is tied to his gear. During level select and various animations, the gear will disappear and the hair will be gone. I think this can be fixed by also adding hair to the hair slot and not just the gear.

- The weights on the shoulder are insanely rough. I think the cloth has different heights which caused the weights to transfer unevenly. I am just realizing that the shared bodies that are broken up by gender and size in umodel has weights on them already and may provide a much cleaner weight transfer since the clothes are not on there. I will have to test!

- Hair is a bit bright but I had to make the texture myself. Baking was not working and I had to get creative.

- Tearing around the shoulders, my apologies. This was an annoying one.
