All this mod does is replace the MP4 file for the ad that plays on the teahouse TV to a short compilation of family guy clips. there's no audio and you can hardly see it.
To install just take the file and drop it into your mortal kombat directory and hit replace for the TV ad.
Won't get you banned or kicked online.
For the record, I'm pretty sure you can replace the file with whatever you want, but don't blame me if it doesn't work.
