Where there is smoke! v0. 2 this is another small texture replacement, that aims to make more believeable smoke...its close, but the animation needs to be tweaked in the nif file to slow it down some, its set to high becuase the particle was so much smaller that they had to make the flow rate high, but with a bigger texture, it can be slowed down and even free up some cpu cycles to do other things... so for now it looks like smoke spam, but it still looks pretty good... for anyone complaining about the smoke being too wide at the bottom, i cannot control that from just a texture, that is a particle emitter placement issue, someone put them too low when they were making the game, so complain to Bethesda, if you want to fix it then go right ahead, the texture stays the same though. anyone interested in making a modified nif for the speed of the smoke particle is more than welcome to do that too... to install, just drop the smoke files into your bethestda softworks\\morowind\\data files\\ textures folder and play!, you should be able to see immediately what the difference is in seyda neen. pending changes? i may experiment with a few of the textures and release an update, but i will have to test the three different textures and make sure i know where they are used before i do any more tweaking...if at all it will probably be tweaking the color, making one medium and the other darker, and keeping the two main ones as white smoke...the steam one is pretty much good to go, i may add some more transparency though...
