This mod was tested in and is intended for OpenMW. Vanilla/MWSE support will not be provided.

A Hlaalu-run newspaper exclusively for Vvardenfell based on Tamriel Rebuilt's Ebonheart Bellman and Canyon Echo. Adds the Vvardenfell on Vellum printing office to Vivec, Hlaalu Canalworks and articles to inns throughout Vvardenfell.

"Spawners" (containers) for the newspaper can be found in or outside of just about any tradehouse/cornerclub in Vvardenfell. They replenish on cell change, but I recommend not spamming them or you'll run through 'em quickly.

A new quest can also be received that regards the newspaper. You must be a Hlaalu member of adequate rank, and then speak to Velanda Omani about the "business" topic.

Creating an add-on/adding new issues that cover modded events is simple, as the mod is an ESM and the newsletters are a leveled list.
