📋 About This Mod
Now with 100% more treasure and traps!
I was disappointed with the interior of the Palace of Vivec. There were no quarters or unique details for the god of Vvardenfell. Now he has private quarters suitable for a living god. For the adventurous and skilled, plenty of treasure awaits without being game breaking. For those that have reached a certain point in the main quest, access to the quarters is granted but thieves should beware. This was intended to create a new living space while preserving the space within the palace. Explorers will be rewarded but thieves and murderers will have a difficult time looting.

Adds a small living area to the Palace of Vivec in Morrowind, complete with loot for adventurers. A compact, lore-friendly addition for players who want a cozy spot in the city. With 73 endorsements and last updated in 2020, it's a niche but functional mod.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Tidy little addition for role-players who want a base in Vivec
- Loot gives a small reward for exploring
- Decent community support (73 endorsements)
⚠️ Cons
- No screenshots or detailed description—you're flying blind on what it looks like
- Last updated in 2020—might have issues with newer Morrowind setups
- Only adds a small area, so don't expect a major overhaul
For Morrowind players who want a simple, lore-friendly spot to rest in Vivec without installing big house mods. Also for completionists who like finding hidden loot. Skip if you want a fully furnished player home or major content additions.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to drop the mod files into your Morrowind Data Files folder and activate the .esp in the launcher.
- If you're using OpenMW, the mod should work fine, but check the load order if you have other Vivec mods.
- The loot is likely leveled, so visit early for easier pickings or later for better gear.
