📋 About This Mod
Description
Rumors spread over Charach as a big criminal boss was being arrested and his property is confiscated under Marshal's order. Do you have enough gold and guts to acquire it?
This plugin adds a large imperial-style Villa to the east of Charach (Project Cyrodiil, check requirements). There are several ways to start quest for ownership (listen to rumors in Charach or Anvil, or read a note at the Villa's entry). Your actions during this quest will have consequences and result into different endings (you may check spoilers in archive for details).
After becoming a new owner of your seaside property, a second quest will be started - to hire all servants.

Installation instructions
Just place Villa_Stellaris.esp into "your Morrowind folder \ Data Files".
This should be compatible with everything. There is always remains a space for bugs and inconcistencies, so please share your feedback. You shouldn't encounter any issues, as long as all Marshals and you new servants are alive. But if you somehow have killed them in a bloody rage... well, persist in the doomed world you have created.
