✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Active development (last updated March 2025)
- Community-tested with 129 endorsements
- Gives you a reason to explore Caldera with a quest, not just a free house
⚠️ Cons
- Only 129 endorsements – niche mod, might have rough edges
- Requires level 10, so low-level characters can't jump in immediately
- No mention of compatibility with other mods or patches
For Morrowind players who want a new home with a bit of story attached, especially those who enjoy questing for their rewards. If you're a completionist or roleplayer looking to settle in Caldera, this fits. Skip if you prefer simple, no-quest player homes.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to ask about rumors in Caldera to start the quest – it won't trigger automatically.
- If you're below level 10, the quest may be tough, so consider leveling up first.
- Since it's a Morrowind mod, use a mod manager like Wrye Mash or install manually into your Data Files folder.
