Vanilla-Style Snow Elves - Falmer

Adds Snow Elves as a playable race. While not incompatible with Skyrim lore, they were inspired by "The Pocket Guide to the Empire: 1st Edition" and the in-game book "Fall of the Snow Prince".

Current features:

-Voice lines based on slightly deeper High Elf lines.

-Custom heads and hairs.

Plans for future updates:

-Optional plugin for vanilla quest/dialogue edits.

Height: 1. 06 (Same as Nord, taller than Dunmer, shorter than Altmer).

Skill Bonus:

-Illusion: +10

-Mysticism: +5

-Enchant: +5

-Destruction: +10

-Heavy Armor: +10

Base Attributes:

-Resist Frost 75%

-Weakness to Fire 50%

-Fortify Maximum Magicka + 10

-Hand of Winter: Frost Damage 1-30, Weakness to fire 1-15 on touch (Spell)

-Veil of the Blizzard: Chameleon 50, Spell Absorption 30, Sanctuary 10 (Power)

-Blood of the Falmer: Reflect 10 (Ability)

-Frost-Blighted Constitution: Weakness to Common Disease 50, Weakness to Poison 50, Weakness to Blight 60, Weakness to Normal Weapons 10 (Ability)
