OVERVIEW
This mod almost didn't release because as I was transposing the code from the livecoding file to the main.lua my PC bluescreened! Luckily, VSCode saved the unsaved file state so I was able to recover it.
Morrowind is a pretty tame game in terms of blood and violence, so I took a page out of Fallout and added limb dismemberment on kills. Only works on NPCs so far but maybe one day I could add a framework to support creatures.
