This mod adds a secret Hlaalu trading hub underground, beneath seyda neen, In the lore of seyda neen it states that the house hlaalu control seyda neen yet no hlaalu are in sight only imperial guards guarding the docks.
I like to think that the house hlaau have a secret trading outpost beneath seyda neen since seyda neen is a customs port and you can imagine the amount of goods coming from the other provinces, you can find 4 traders with a much better barter gold then some of the trader npcs you would come across.
You can find two versions of this mod, one of them adds the st brevur statue and the other doesnt so its up to you want you prefer.
You can enter the secret hlaalu hub by going to Arrilles Tradehouse basement which has been give a minor face-lift.
