Telvanni Lighthouse in Sadrith Mora

Adds a Telvanni lighthouse in Sadrith Mora. The model is the same made by the RR team for the Telvanni lighthouse in Tel Branora.

I also recycled pinsvinn's effort to add an interior to the lighthouse but it's not a house mod like in pinsvinn's original mod.

I managed to add the lighthouse without landscape edits so there should no incompatibilities.

While this is compatible with the RR Tel Branora lighthouse mod, I'd suggest to use it instead of the original one.

The main drive to make this mod was the fact that the lighthouse looks really cool and it does make sense. BUT, I think there should be either a lighthouse in every Telvanni settlement facing the sea, or - if it has to be unique to one location - it should be in the main city.

Since adding 3-4 Telvanni lighthouses seemed pointless, I decided to go with the second option.

As you can see in the second screenshot, the lighthouse has been placed outside of the city's footprint, on a high rock.

The location seemed the most natural and convenient to me because:

- It's high enough to make sense

- It's outside of the city which means no FPS issues

- It's secluded, as a lighthouse should be

If you use Beautiful Cities of Morrowind you don't need this as I'm in the process of moving the lighthouse in Tel Branora (already merged into BCOM) to this new location.
