Tarhiel Journal Fix

This mod makes it so Tarhiel's Journal isn't sitting on the ground before he falls from the sky and also makes it so that Tarhiel doesn't stand in the air for 2 seconds before falling.
This is a minor issue that has always bothered me because it takes away from both the immersion and surprise of Tarhiel's appearance. If you've found this mod it probably won't be much of a surprise to you, but at least you won't know the exact spot where Tarhiel will hit the ground, or be able to see his journal and know you are about to hear his screams, or wonder every time how exactly Tarhiel's journal came to be waiting for him on the ground. Maybe if you know someone who is playing Morrowind for the first time you can sneak this mod in there for them.
There are now two versions of this mod included. I will explain the difference between versions below.
In both versions, Tarhiel's falling script is edited so that he doesn't stand in the air for 2 seconds before falling. For those who like to try to talk to or save Tarhiel before he hits the ground, don't worry, the overall timing has not been changed.
Version 1. 2a: In this version Tarhiel has his journal in his inventory. This version is more similar to vanilla Morrowind. If you add this version to an existing save Tarhiel may not have his journal on him. If you don't want to start a new game and you haven't already met Tarhiel, the other version is recommended.
Version 1. 2b: In this version Tarhiel's Journal will also fall to the ground separate from Tarhiel. This version is compatible with mods that make changes to Tarhiel such as To Save a Falling Wizard. You may want to use this version for that reason or just because you enjoy the effect.
With the v1. 2 update, the journal you pick up will have the same ID as in vanilla which fixes a conflict with Tamriel Rebuilt, and any other mods which look for the journal in your inventory.
Potential Conflicts: Mods which make changes to Tarhiel's journal, or the landscape right where he lands may conflict with both versions. Mods which change the script that makes Tarhiel fall will conflict with both versions. Mods which make changes to Tarhiel may conflict with version 1. 2a. If you are using To Save a Falling Wizard, version 1. 2b is recommended.
