It is said that Taliesan was a great wizard who had travelled throughout Tamriel.

When he died it was found that his skull had turned to crystal and retained the knowledge of all those locations.

Now providing the owner is deemed to be worthy it can teleport them to anywhere they wanted to go.

Only if they are deemed worthy though, it has it's own level of intelligence and moral code.

It will not work for you if you are in Combat or "Jail", have a Crime Level above 500,

are a Vampire or in Werewolf form, or do not have an Intelligence above 52.

This is Taliesan's Crystal Skull of Fast Teleport Travel, pick it up from on top of barrel in the chargen courtyard.

MCM options now available:

Disable use in combat, Disable ignore crime, Disable use in jail, Disable allow use by Vampires or when in Werewolf form.

Set the level for the available menus, Allow transporting with companions.

Custome Menu:

Have a player home but no fast travel option for it… or a favourite place you like to hang out. Well now you can just add it to your very own custom travel menu.

A Custom Menu is now available once your skull level reaches 4. This will add the location where you are standing to the custom menu list and let you name it. There is an arbitrary limit of 15 locations for this menu. You can also remove any location from the list.

This feature is cross save, so saved locations will also be available in your future play through. Works on interior and exterior locations.

The idea behind this is not to just make everywhere available at once, but as your character improves in skills and reputation opening up more and more location until eventually there are over 300 location for you to fast travel too.

Sometimes though when teleported you won't see your destination directly in front of you...

Remember you are relying on the memories of a dead wizard so just try turning around.

I figure that in the beginning you need to travel the hard way in order to gain knowledge and skills but by that time you have all the locations available you have no need to walk/ride everywhere in order to do so.
